We are a licensed wildlife rehabilitation
and education facility serving northeast Kansas and southeast Nebraska. Our mission is to inspire the appreciation and protection of wildlife and
the spaces where they live.
Our team is made up of dedicated animal lovers who are passionate about providing the best care possible to wildlife in our care. Our team's efforts play a significant role in the conservation of Kansas wildlife populations and ecosystems.
ARC Wild education programs are designed to reconnect today’s youth with nature. We accomplish this through live animal encounters, hands on activities and interactive lecture. Our educators can tailor programs to any group size, age level or ability.
ARC Wild Rangers are future changemakers in 4th-8th grades. Rangers venture into their communities to learn about careers in science, get hands on with our animal ambassadors, go behind the scenes at zoos and teach others what they learned. The 2024 application has closed.
It takes a village to save the life of an orphaned baby wild animal and to bring education adventures to our communities. ARC Wild's team of professionally trained educators and licensed wildlife rehabilitators are 100% volunteer. We do NOT receive government funding, but instead, rely on animal lovers like you.
Sorry... we do not rescue domestic animals. Contact your local animal shelter for help with unwanted pets.
